Dear Partners,
Following the decisions taken by the French authorities and the health recommendations issued since the confinement of our country, as a safety and health protection measure for our employees, we have decided to put all office staff on home office work since last week.
Thus, the marketing and sales, after-sales, purchasing, finance/accounting and design departments are now operational and your contacts remain at your disposal by e-mail every day.
Concerning the reception and dispatch of spare parts, the logistics service remains normally active until Tuesday 24th March included. From this date, our reception and dispatch will only be possible 2 days a week: Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 5pm continuously. At the same time, the after-sales service remains active every day to answer your requests for parts and technical support.
We can thus ensure the continuity of our parts shipping and receiving service.
Concerning production, we have decided to suspend the activity of our workshops until at least March 31. We invite you to contact your usual contacts to find out the possible impact on your orders and current projects.
The situation of the activity of our numerous partners and the government decisions evolving very quickly, we will keep you informed of any evolution of this temporary organization.
